Newcastle & Sunderland (the heart of 'Catherine Cookson Country', 'Geordie Sanddancers' and the finish of 'The B.U.P.A. Great North Run') at the mouth of the River Tyne in the North East of England.
'South Tyneside Marine and Technical College' (situated in the town is renowned throughout the world as one of the premier Marine Training facilities) and South Shields Sailing Club and Marina, are only minutes away.
