We are located on 'The Lawe Top', only a few minutes walk from the North Marine Park, (which overlooks the harbour, Little Haven Hotel & Best Western Sea Hotel), Foreshore and Funfairs. The Town Centre, Metro & Bus Station, River Ferry, Shops, Bars and Restaurants are within a few minutes walk
There is easy access to the A1M (J65), / A19 / A184. Tyne Tunnel, River Ferry (to North Shields, Tynemouth and Whitley Bay) and the 'DFDS Seaways Ferry Terminal' (UK to Europe-Scandinavia and Holland) Newcastle International Airport (15 miles). Newcastle Central Railway Station (10 miles), is on the East Coast Mainline between London and Scotland (Edinburgh), with regular services to the Midlands and The West Country The Metro-rail system gives access to the whole of tyneside with links to the Airport and Newcastle Central Railway station. South Shields Metro Station is 10 minutes walk from 'Ocean Breeze'
By Metro / Bus, South Shields Stations, from the Town Centre, follow signs to the Sea Front along Ocean Road, turn left into Lawe Road, (before the parks) then as below for car. If you reach the Best Western Sea Hotel, you have gone too far!
By car from the town, in South Shields from the A184, turn left into A183 (Beach Road), turn left into Anderson Street, right into Ocean Road Turn left into Lawe Road (adjacent the North Marine Park and opposite the Marine Public House, then left into Urfa Terrace (the third street up). If you reach the Best Western Sea Hotel you have gone too far! You will see Ocean Breeze on the right
By car from the coast, pass the Best Western Sea Hotel to the left and turn right into Lawe Road (after the parks). If you arrive at the Little Haven Hotel, you took the wrong turn at the Best Western Sea Hotel
