Rooms have:

- Black-out Blinds and Luggage stands

- Mini-drinks cooler / warmer
- Cooling Fan
- Quality Beds, complete with 'Luxury Percale' bedding.
- All double beds are 'super king-size' (6' x 6' 3 approx), except for Room2 which is a standard (4' 6'') double
- Bathrobes & slippers provided
'En-suite' Rooms are available (Rooms 1, 2 & 3, First Floor).
Rooms 4, 5 & 6 (Second Floor) although not En-Suite', have toilet / shower facilities adjacent the room, - no searching corridors for the facilities. Bathrobes & Slippers are provided
All showers are 'Power Showers'. Luxury fluffy Cotton Towels / Soaps / shampoo / shower cap / sewing kit etc., are provided
Rooms 3 & 5 are larger (Room 3 has a 37 inch Flat-Screen Plasma TV), have a south facing bay window and a sitting area with sofa.
Ironing / laundry facilities and trouser press are available on request.
Our Tariff
Our tariff is per room, includes 'Full English Breakfast' and is shown on the 'Check Availability, Book On-line' page.
Discounts are available for 'On-Line bookings of two or more nights. Tariffs are subject to seasonal changes and commercial conditions. Please check for prices on a specific room / rooms on a specific date, as commercial websites may not be up to date. Ask for special rates on extended stays of two or more weeks
We may not be the cheapest but we are the best value
Please note: No:- Smoking, pets, children under 5yrs, stag / hen nights (single-sex parties). However, a warm welcome is given to Geordie Sanddancers, Sunderland and Newcastle AFC supporters.
Check in / Out
Check in between 1700hrs. (5pm) and 21.30hrs. (9.30pm). Check out 1000hrs (10am)
